Intake Process Support

1. Job Search Support
We offer guidance with resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, online job search, as well as occupational and company research. We know each person’s situation is unique, and we look forward helping you in your employment journey.

2. Career Decision Making/Coaching
We can help you to identify and research possible job or career paths. We will assist you in understanding labour market trends, skills requirements for various jobs, as well as if your interests, personality and capabilities would be an appropriate match.

3. Training & Development
Whether you want to complete a Grade 12 Diploma or GED, post-secondary education, or increase your knowledge in our employability workshops, we can help! Discover how you can incorporate training and development opportunities into your employability game plan.


4. Employment Related Challenges
If you are experiencing difficulties in your workplace, we offer a confidential space to navigate challenges and identify possible strategies to overcome them. We can also make referrals to community resources or partners that are specialize in addressing your individual needs.
