Our Mission
Women’s Employment Resource Centre (WERC) is a charitable, non-profit organization which provides free employment services for all who identify as women in Oxford County.
To inspire hope, enable change, and empower all who identify as women in reaching their individual goals and realizing their full potential.
We will provide a safe and inclusive space to learn, grow, and discover personal strengths to overcome challenges. Our team will deliver creative, innovative and needs based programming that meet the needs of those we serve and respond to the evolving labour market.

The Board of Directors at the Women’s Employment Resource Centre (WERC) plays a vital role in guiding the organization’s vision, strategy, and long-term sustainability. Comprised of dedicated community leaders and professionals, the Board provides governance, oversight, and support to ensure WERC remains responsive to the evolving needs of women in Oxford County.
