35 Years of WERC

The Women's Employment Resource Centre is an Oxford County-based non-profit that was built from the ground up by co-founders Ruth Johnston and Mary James. WERC has been empowering women since its establishment in 1990 through employment readiness programs, individualized support, job search assistance, skills identification and so much more. We strive every day to continue this mission and keep the legacy going as a team by helping the women in our community continue to learn, grow, and dream.
